2019 ZingTRAIN Workshop

This event is a full-day workshop on Creating a Vision of Greatness & the Art of Giving Great Service and will be relevant to anyone who is interested in doing their work in the way that thousands of progressive organizations have learned from Zingerman’s.
Zingerman’s was founded in March 1982 and today is a community of ten unique businesses, with almost 700 employees and over 55 million dollars in annual revenue. Named the “Coolest Small Company in America" by Inc. Magazine, Zingerman’s has been lauded for its impeccable customer service. With the founding of ZingTrain in 1994, they began to formally share their approach to business through 2-day seminars, 4-hour workshops, books, and training DVDs.
This workshop will be held at Wanango Country Club and will include light breakfast and lunch.
