2022 VenangoREADY Launch & Industry Tours

VenangoREADY™ is a workforce preparedness initiative of the Venango Chamber of Commerce with all local schools. The Education Committee for the Chamber is a planning an official launch for all Venango Area educators (teachers, school counselors, school administration) to learn about the county-wide initiative. Educators will also have the chance to tour Klapec Trucking, Komatsu, and Webco at their Reno locations, in addition to meeting other local industry businesses who will be set up at the main event location. Food and drinks will be provided and there will be drawings for prizes. 

This event is "open house" style (stay as little or as long as you like), with doors opening at 3:30pm at the Klapec Warehouse, as well as tours beginning at the 3 locations (see confirmation email for tour details). Attendees can travel between tours independently, or stay at the Klapec Warehouse for the entirety of the event. There will be VenangoREADY presentations and prize drawings at 5pm and 6:30pm at the Klapec Warehouse.

Teachers can receive Act 48 hours for attending, so be sure to have your PPID. 

(Please note, to attend a Webco tour, open-toed shoes are not permitted.)
