About Us
St. Stephen School is a Catholic elementary school located in Oil City, Pa, and one of thirty-one elementary schools in the Diocese of Erie. St. Stephen School’s mission is to serve Oil City. In addition to the regular curriculum, programs and services offered include Computer Lab, Library, Counseling Services, YMCA After School Care, Math 24 Challenge, Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science, Science Fair, No-Bullying/Safe School Program, Character Education Program, After-School Clubs, D.A.R.E., Student Choir, Physical Education and Healthy Lifestyle Programs, Little Dribblers, Intramurals, JV and Varsity Basketball for boys and girls, JV and Varsity Cheerleading, and Co-Ed Soccer. St. Stephen School accepts students of all faith traditions. Scholarships are available to qualifying families.
