PA CareerLink
The Incumbent Worker Training program helps reimburse a portion of training costs for current employees who have been with the company for at least six months. The goal is to help businesses upskill and retain their workforce. Employers may be eligible for reimbursement of up to $1,000 per employee, depending on company size:

• 50 or fewer employees: up to 80% reimbursement
• 51–100 employees: up to 60% reimbursement
• 101+ employees: up to 40% reimbursement

The employee must work full-time (32+ hours per week) and earn $25.00/hour or less. The employer must retain the employee for at least six months following completion of the training.

If employers are interested, they simply need to reach out before or shortly after registering so we can review eligibility and complete a short contract prior to the start of training.
