Central Electric Cooperative (CEC) is a non-profit electric cooperative. Our purpose is to enhance the quality of life for our members and consumers by providing energy, and related products and services.
We serve approximately 25,000 members in portions of Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, Forest, Mercer and Venango counties.
