About Us
Our mission is to provide affordable and accessible post-secondary education to the residents of northern Pennsylvania. As a two-year, open admission institution of higher education serving Cameron, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, McKean, Potter, Tioga, Warren, and Venango counties through various instructional methods (Online, remote, in-person). NPRC works with existing educational institutions and community organizations to provide excellent college-level instruction at an affordable tuition and convenient locations.
