Their Oil City Health Center, located at 811 Grandview Road, provides family medicine and behavioral health services and is always accepting new patients. Primary Health Network’s Oil City Health Center participates in most managed care plans, processes most insurances, and offers a Sliding Fee Scale to eligible patients for discounted services.
