About Us
The Venango County Blind Association has been in existence since 1927 providing quality and consistent services to the blind and visually impaired and working to prevent unnecessary blindness.
Some of the services available from the Association include: Transportation and human guide services for the blind or visually impaired (such as doctor visits and grocery shopping); Reduced-cost eye glasses for low-income adults and children; Preschool, kindergarten, and adult vision screening; and Eye Safety programs and educational materials for children and adults.
