About Us
The Venango Training & Development Center offers a wide range of services to area businesses, while also providing rehabilitative training to disabled and disadvantaged individuals. The Corporate Center is located at 239 Quaker Drive in Seneca, with a satellite workshop in Dubois and an Adult Learning Center in Shippenville, PA. The non-profit licensed organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
VTDC has recently expanded its Business Service division to include document imaging to CD, with duplication, label design and printing. Additional services include janitorial, along with complete floor care and certified bulk mailings.
VTDC’s Production specializes in assembly and packaging. The Macropack division provides expertise in shrink wrapping, blister packing, assembly, fulfillment and distribution services.
Over 700 youths and adults are served yearly through the center’s vocational and day programs. With close to 300 trainees in sheltered employment over 14 million pieces of work were performed by the trainees in the workshops.
VTDC’s most recent service offered, Property Care, provides total lawn care, cleaning /cleanout, and light snow removal, all fully insured.
